handed down from the 1960’s when Piero Badessi started in the building field. His high levels of passion and competence were proudly continued in the work of his son Saverio and, for some years now, also by his grandson Gregorio.
Gregorio, after graduating as a surveyor, worked in the construction field within two family companies in construction and real estate, where he gained experience in the construction sector and cultivated and developed his passion for renovations, with responsibilities both for the management of construction sites and also for drawing up estimates and making sales. From 2012 to 2013 he relocated to Abruzzo taking on responsibility for the post-earthquake reconstruction of two buildings in the province of L’Aquila. In 2015 he passed his real estate agent’s exam and joined the Via dei Colli real estate team. This team works both with clients, Italian and foreign, on both the selling and buying sides, as well as preparing estimates for restructuring, and coordinating the works. His experience accumulated over the years allows him to offer customers a comprehensive consultancy and management service. Gregorio speaks both Italian and English fluently.
In 2018 he decided to create the Renovitaly group putting his professionalism and experience in the field of restructuring and reconstruction at the service of customers, creating a complete and comprehensive network of real estate, construction and renovation services and consultancy.
